On June 15, 2011, Rancho Santa Gertrudes held its promotional ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Santa Fe Springs Activity Center. It was a celebration for 91 students being promoted to the junior high school. There were many parents, family members and friends who came to celebrate their child.
