On Wednesday, October 10, 2018 Rancho Santa Gertrudes Celebrated National Walk to School day. The event was organized and supervised by Santa Fe Springs City Department of Community Service headed by Maritza Sosa-Nieves, SFS Police Department, Los Nietos School District as well as Little Lake School district administrators. Rancho student also thanks the support of city council member Joe Zamora for walking with them.
